The Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology is the ‘foundation’ upon which all other Complementary, Beauty and Sports Therapy awards are based. It is comprised of several units encompassing all systems of the body.

It is essential for therapists to have a sound understanding of anatomy and physiology, as they will be working in direct contact with the body structures. It is also vital that they have a comprehensive knowledge of diseases and disorders of the human body so that they are aware of when and when not to treat a client, and only operate within certain parameters.

Unit 384 Principles and Practice of Complementary Therapies

Unit 385 Business Practice for Complementary Therapies


Course Schedule:
This course runs over 40 x 1.15 hr weekly classroom lessons from 7.00 p.m. to 8.15 p.m, with structured homework requiring at least 3 hrs per week, consisting of assignments and formal study for classwork. (On-line resources are available to support lessons and assignments)

This 9 month course has a a written multi-choice theory examination
