Terms & Conditions
ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE SCHOOL MUST BE IN WRITING.
All classes and examinations are conducted in English. Students must have good command of written and spoken English.
Any coursework produced by students during the Course may be used as examples by the School with due credit given to the student.
If the student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson it is important that the Tutor is informed promptly.
All students are required to attend lessons in both theory and practical aspects and will be expected to attend at least 80% of lessons to comply with ITEC regulations.
All students are expected to attend the lessons in uniform and be appropriately presented. All students are required to liaise within the class environment in a professional manner.
Students must inform the Tutor immediately of any medical conditions they may suffer from, which may affect their ability to give or receive any treatments in class.
The School reserves the right to change the location of the Course venue. The School will take all reasonable steps to ensure that no classes are cancelled. If, however, a cancellation occurs due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. tutor sickness) a new class date will be provided.
Referrals and associated costs
If a student defers to an ongoing course, the fee will be halved with no exceptions.
If a student refers to a new course, then the fee will be at full cost.
If a student leaves the course for any reason, then there will be no refund of course fees.
Full fees are payable on enrolment, either by one single payment, or by a booking fee and instalments agreed with the School. The instalment plan is a concession of the School to help students with their payments and, the balance of the outstanding Course fees is payable even if the student should fail to complete the Course through non-attendance. Any students who fail to keep to the instalment plan as agreed with the School may incur further charges. We will seek to recover unpaid costs relating to course fees via a debt recovery agency if necessary. When a student’s place on the Course is confirmed the booking fee is non-refundable.
Fees are refundable only if courses are full or in the unlikely event of the course being cancelled.
The School reserves the right:
1) To refuse an application without reason, in which case all fees paid will be refunded
2) To remove from the Course any student deemed disruptive to the class, in which case no fees will be refunded
Any students having to take examinations independently (i.e. at a different time to the Examinations for the Course) will incur additional charges.
